The firm focuses primarily on two practice areas: real estate and corporate transactions.

The real property practice offers a full range of transactional services related to the acquisition, sale, financing, leasing, and management of real property, including real estate closings, subdivisions, curative title work, leases, financing agreements, construction contracts, and purchase and sale agreement negotiations. Craig R Paulus PC is also a title agent, issuing title policies to protect clients’ investments.

The corporate practice includes assisting in the formation of new companies, partnerships, and ventures; business planning; the negotiation of employment agreements; and representations in mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of corporations.
