Joel P. Jaqubino

Mr. Jaqubino was born in Portsmouth, Virginia. He received his undergraduate degree from Athens State University in 2003, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as an Outstanding Political Science Graduate. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Jaqubino worked in the financial services industry. He was a presidential scholar at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where he graduated in 2006. While in law school, Mr. Jaqubino was also nominated into Who's Who among Americas Law students. He is admitted to the Alabama State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. His primary areas of practice are Commercial Litigation, Creditor Rights, Bankruptcy, Banking Law, Foreclosure, and Landlord/Tenant Law.

Mr. Jaqubino is a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. He is also the past Secretary for the Young Lawyer's Division of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, a graduate of Leadership Huntsville's Connect program, and a member of the Committee of 100's YP initiative.
